Where are you Located?
SUBIC: We are located at the Central Business District of The Subic Bay Freeport Zone and near the Church.
CLARK: We are located at The Meeting Place (Al Fresco dining) in SM City Clark.

What are your Operating Hours?

SUBIC: We are open everyday from 6:00 AM until 12:00 MN, including holidays. Last call for food orders is set at 11:30 PM, however, orders for coffee and other beverages will still be entertained until closing time.
In cases where we need to shorten hours of operation, notices will be posted on our entrances.
CLARK: We are open everyday from 10:00 AM until 12:00 MN. Mall holidays are being followed.
Please note that orders for PIZZA and Main Entree starts at 11:00 AM.

Do you Accept Delivery Orders?

Yes. We deliver for both Subic and Clark from 12:00 NN to 9:00 PM. There is no minimum order, however, we charge a delivery fee for amounts less than Php 1,000.

Do you Accept Credit Cards?

Yes. We accept VISA, MASTERARD, JCB, and AMERICAN EXPRESS Cards.

Do you accept Reservations and Catering Services?

Yes. We accept reservations and allow a fifteen (15) minute grace period. Catering services are also offered within the Subic Bay Freeport Zone Area.

Why do you have products in Subic that are not available in Clark?

There are some items that are specifically offered in Subic that is not currently offered in our Clark branch. The Chicken Rotisserie, Gelato, and the Burger Station are some examples of Subic-specific products due to space limitation in SM City Clark.
